Cases

DomainGurus customers can access our support services via our iBizPanel Case System, or via phone. Our case system is the preferred method of communicating support needs, as it provides an accurate written record of your requests and our responses to them.

To open a support Case, login to your online account manager, choose the support tab, and select the Open New Case link on the left hand side of window.
