DomainGurus created a mandatory structure for the convenience of our customers, so they can receive the appropriate support that serves their needs. We are the rock solid team that supports 24/7/365, and each one of our members is 100% dedicated to help you with problems that might arise day and night.
Our structure is simple but at the same time very organized. It is made up of groups of four: a System Administrator, a Network guru, a Programmer, and a Sales representative. Each group has access to a huge monitor where the cases are being shown, and their goal is to understand what you need and give you a satisfactory response back.
We also work with a Redundancy System of all the cases, which means that if one of the groups has more cases than what they can support, than the next cases will automatically be transferred to the next team available, by doing this, we get to all the cases quicker so they can be solved.
We are here for you, and if one person can’t solve your problem, you can be completely sure that four professional minds put together can!
