Performance
Don’t risk your business on “commodity” hardware. Whenever vendors say “commodity hardware” what they mean is “all those junky old worn-out computers that nobody wants to use.” DomainGurus provides only the latest Intel® VT-enabled hardware with hardware-assist features to accelerate fundamental virtualization processes throughout the platform to reduce latencies and avoid potential bottlenecks, giving you better value from your server and software investments.
Scalability
CPU Cores
DomainGurus Cloud Computing provides the ultimate in scalability, starting with only three host servers and a SAN. Each server can start with as little as one Intel® 5506 Nehalem-EN and 4GB DDR3 RAM. When you need to scale up, we can add another CPU to each of your servers doubling your total capacity to 24 cores or even upgrade your CPUs to the Intel® 5650 Westmere Hyperthreaded Hex-core for a total of 72 cores from only 3 server nodes.
Memory
RAM is KING in virtualization so DomainGurus provides nothing but the best DDR3 RAM. You can start with as little as 4GB DDR3 RAM each physical node, yet our motherboards scale up to 96GB which would give you 288GB of DDR3 RAM to work with. All of this is only 3 physical servers and you can scale up indefinitely by simply adding more servers.
Storage – SAN / NAS Solutions
Compellent
DomainGurus is proud to offer Compellent Storage. Dell recently acquired Compellent for nearly a billion dollars, and they did so for good reasons. You can get Compellent for less at DomainGurus, Compellent is simply the most advanced storage system on Earth, yet the Unified Storage Management Interface is just too simple to believe. Compellent network storage features a unified, point-and-click interface that cuts administration time and eliminates the need for specialized skills. From storage provisioning to replication setup to report generation, the intuitive interface automates time-consuming enterprise data management tasks so your staff can focus on other important IT projects. Streamline Storage Management with Compellent:
Open-E DSS V6 includes NAS and iSCSI functionality and advanced features such as:
