Level 0 Management / Included with all servers

  • Application/Server troubleshooting (based on availability)

  • Climate controlled Datacenters
  • Independent secure Datacenters
  • Redundant power in all Datacenters
  • Redundant upstream providers

 

Level 1 Management (Servers) = $100 per month / per server

 

Includes Level 0 Management plus:

 

  • 24/7 service monitoring (HTTP,HTTPS,SMTP,IMAP, POP3 and MySQL)
  • Data Backup Management (service sold separately, starting at $25 per month)
  • Monthly Patching and Security Updates
  • Security Audit
  • Standard Application Installation, Configuration and Updates (complicated apps on a per quote basis)

 

Level 2 Management (Clusters) = $200 per month / per server

 

Includes Level 0 & 1 Management plus:

 

  • Load Balancing Configuration and Management
  • Cluster Configuration and Management
  • Failover Configuration and Management
  • Database Installation (MySQL, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server)

 

Level 3 Management (Clouds) = $300 per month / per server

 

Includes Level 0, 1 & 2 Management plus:

 

  • Cloud Installation, Configuration and Management

Contract System Administration = $60 per hour with a half hour minimum
